Thank you both for your feedback, I have managed to solve the issue, it was password related for some reason the website used a different password than the programs? idk why but I managed to fix it. thank you
Hi all, Previously I have purchased Deskscapes and fences and all was well. However last night I purchased Windows Blinds 8 and Start 8 and when I came to register them I keep getting " No registrations found". so I go on the website and check my purchases, and they are no on the list. the list only contains Deskscapes 8 and Fences. idk if this is the cause of the problem? and I don't know how to get them put on the list. <
