i am having issues with fence 2.13 and Windows 10 as well. I am on a Surface Pro 3 with Dual Monitors - Fences disappear and i have quick-hide turned off. - Icons do not stay in the fence. - I try and drop an icon into the fence and it does work, instead it is behind the fence. - When i boot fences move to different screens or icons are missing from fence but not visible on the desktop
