Ok I did that. It did not fix the problem but it did help me troubleshoot that I have a program that conflicts with Start 11. It will not let the other monitors taskbars to be set changed via Start 11 and has to be set in the middle by the other program. Thank you very much for your help.

Windows 10 version 10.0.19045 build 19045 , Start 11 version 1.39 , primary monitor 3440 x 1440 100% , monitor 2 1920 x 1080 100% , monitor 3 3840 x 2160 150% Thank you.

I would like to have all my task bars centered on multiple screens but it seems to do it only on the primary. Is this a known issue or something that has not been added?
