I have the exact same problem. The docklet is disabled on my "Quicklaunch" dock and says "N/A" above it. I'm informed the network is unavailable, but it works fine. I even went to "accuweather.com" and get their website. So, I've removed it. When I double-click, instead of getting accuweather I get the docklet's properties page. From the url noted above, it looks like stardock has a subdomain with accuweather, but it won't ping now. <
