Is there a way to specify the email notification for when someone responds to (quotes) my question specifically? Also, is there a better way to contact support?

Well, for me the sound goes out for moments at a time. I'm sure it's not the network as I do not lose connection in any other applications. I use wired connections as well so I am certain the connection is stable. Unfortunately, the sound goes out and starts playing on the native device for a few seconds (I can hear it through the speakers of that device) then it picks back up on the remote PC.
