I'm trying to activate my previously purchased Fences software. I get the "There was a problem connecting to the activation server" message. I follow the steps for alternate activation--download the request file, upload it, and then get a link to right-click to save. When I get to the last step the file that I save is "error.htm." Any thoughts on how I can activate my software?
