No, Multiplicity isn't working now even with both WebRoot and Windows Defender firewalls turned off -- my question is in perusing any likely causes. Multiplicity has worked before yesterday's Windows 10 update, so I imagine the problem has to do with some change with the Windows 10 version 1803 update. Are others seeing this issue?

Under Active Connections WebRoot AV shows that multisrv.exe and multipl2.exe are allowed, but the "PID" list doesn't show the ports Multiplicity uses. Is there something else I should check in WebRoot? I'm trying to troubleshoot failed Multiplicity 344 KM operation after installing April 2018 Windows feature update; it worked correctly with previous Windows 10 version, so WebRoot probably isn't the issue.
