I uninstalled the latest Windows update and now things work correctly!!!

Hello, I recently let Windows update. From that point on, Stardock does not start when I restart the computer. I have uninstalled Stardock, restarted the computer, reinstalled Stardock, restarted. The toolbar is black. If I start Stardock as if I was going to configure it, Stardock starts and things are normal until the next time I start the computer. Any suggestions?
