I probably wouldn't call mine a 'fix' - more like a temporary solution (removing the 'SortMode' registry keys on my folder portals) that I always need to do every restart and when I adjust my monitor settings (As my monitors are shared between two machines, I have a separate usb-c portable one that I turn on when I have my other machine on and it is duplicating my primary screen). This time, I simply deleted specific keys and re-enabling Fences again - at least this way the folder portals will still work as well! I'm starting to have this issue as well. On restart, Fences wouldn't load. I only have one Folder Portal to my Downloads folder. Renaming the key in regedit that holds the Folder Portal to disable it helped to load Fences again. Upon trying to remake another Folder Portal to the Downloads folder failed and restarted Fences. There is a ViewStates folder in regedit that houses the Folder Portal config - would any of those key/value be causing the failure?
Feature Request: Could you implement something that would indicate if the Fences were locked? Suggestion 1: Can the lock icon on the top right of each fence be replaced with a lock icon when it is locked? Hello, If you can still access the "Customize Fences" window, then follow the steps below. Else contact the support staff, Solution 1: You may have the Fences Locked in place. Try the following: Right-click on the desktop, Mouse over the view category, and Uncheck "Lock Fences" if it is che
