Trying to install Fence 4.0 and keep getting same error. Tried rebooting with no change. Nothing listed as "uninstall" in processes. How can I fix.

does the purge option delete my fence settings?

3.0.9 does not install in Fences Stardock Forums

keep getting the message to update Fences, which I do and it then ask to reboot PC which I do and when I log in I get the same message to update Fences. It never seems to install the update. How can I fix this? Thanks
