OK. I just figured it out. I did an automatic layout and the missing fence appeared.

I have latest version of Fences and Win 10. I was moving one of the fences that held all my folder icons. It slipped past the edge of my screen and now I am unable to access that fence and the folders. Any ideas about how to access that fence would be appreciated?
