I upgraded my Samsung to w10 and all works well. However, I then upgraded my Start8 to Start10 and I see the configure windows for Start10 but they are not affecting the program. I still get the standard Windows 10 configuration. Start 10 works on my other Windows 10 computers. For instance, I see the window in the Start10 for configuring the 3 different styles. However, on my other computer, I get the option of setting the background screen. In this versio
