I already tried that without success when I first had the problems. Tried the "License-Key / E-Mail" activation once more today and it worked without a problem. Maybe the reason was a temporary connection problem to the activation servers. Whatever, thank you very much for your help!

Hi, got the following error when activating Start10. I have free activations (actually cleared the 3 out of 5 activations that were there before), my PC-Name does match the suggestion in the FAQ and I also deleted the folder in %programdata% and tried again. Anything I can do? As the support page also notes you may not open up a ticket in this case.
