I just got a new PC and am in the process of removing apps so I can use them on new PC. When I go to DEACTIVATE START 10 there is no option to say YES to DEactivate only to go BACK. See attached image. Well, can't find a way to attach an image so here is a direct link to it: https://ibb.co/QP7mWgV
