This is what I replied to the ticket. As I explained, I got a new computer over the holidays. At first I trained transplanting my HDD from my existing pc to the new mother board, CPU, etc. From a Start8 perspective it worked. The windows installation was unstable and crashed regularly though. So I tried reinstalling windows. When I attempted Start8 activation it seemed to work but complained about being unable to write string. I clicked it several more times with the same result and t
