How to reproduce the glitch: Reserve edge of screen on left or right side of computer for your dock, open task manager (doesn't matter how you open, or if you open it through 32-bit or 64-bit). Object dock will FREEZE until you wait at least 30s, restart your computer, or restart objectdock.
