Yeah, something like that, except instead of it being opaqued at first and be visible once mouse over, it would instead show 1 row at first and when you mouse over it, it expands to the full size.
It would be nice to have a feature like this where a fence would be minimized until you mouse over it and it'll expand. Helps with clutters.
