I can not seem to add this to my account profile can you provide the exact screens and steps. If I try changing the pasword in WinCustomize, I get the screen to change my Stardock password, which works fine

Requesting a password reset in winstomize results in a getting an email to reset Stardock password

I have been trying to copy program icons from the windows menu. The shortcut shows on my desktop with a generic icon, not the icon from the menu. Before creating a shortcut in this manner gave me the exact same colorized icon as the menu.
