Bit of late reply, but maybe it's helpful (or maybe not :) ) As the new Edge uses the Chromium Engine even as Chrome does, the Chrome parameter "--disable-windows10-custom-titlebar" although works with Edge like a charm. So my Shortcut for Edge with skinned Frame simply looks:

Is there a way to skin windows that may (or may not?) use OwnerDrawn mtehod for Title bar, like the windows Terminal App (the app with the tabs, not the default cmd/console window - that one works), the Snipping Tool or all the Jetbrains stuff, Visual Studio and so on? Ok, this is not primarily about the Skin, but i wanted to hear your oppinions and thoughts about the project i'm currently coding: The main purpose is the have an App with the Look&Feel of the MacOS Finder, which in my opinion is way more handy than the Windows Explorer. Finished yet: Tiles-View, Tree-View, all the File Interactions (as in the Popupmenu in the Screenie), Drag and Drop, Preview-Panel, Dark and Light Versions, some Keybindings, Windows-Explorer Context Menu.
