At some point, I upgraded from windows 7 to 10. 4 years ago. It is possible that up to that point I was using Packager 5.

They directed me to forums. At the time they did not raise a ticket. I have emailed their support team to raise a ticket, but I have had no response after 2 days. Thank you. I will message them again

Thanks for the help, but this whole issue is due to failed drive containing the installation of Icon packager and also any proof I could have found. This drive has been disconnected and will be binned. This is the reason I need to re-install a lot of software including all my Stardock software. This is proving difficult. I have been using windows 10 since it first became available. I had been using Icon Packager for a long time on Windows 10. Let's face it has to be version 10 otherwi

The problem is I have downloaded version 10 free trial, I cannot see any way of downloading the updated version without paying again. Peter

I don't really understand why this is happening. Thanks Peter

Initially I had tried a re-install a week ago but it gave an error saying my system did not meet the minimum requirements. Now since several windows updates, and my system more stable, I want to try and re-install Icon packager again. When I downloaded packager again an
