I have encountered that the Uncolonized Planets window will open itself during my turn refresh when I have it selected to be closed. It does not occur all the time, so I believe it may be when a ship is in view of a planet on the list, or when the list is added too. A side note I would love to be able to filter the Uncolonized Planets based on having the research completed to actually colonize a planet on the list; and still hoping to be able to sort the list by p
