Hiya! Been using the different fences versions for a few years now and have loved it overall :) however recently i upgraded to Fences 4 and have had an issue popping up seemingly randomly. so. Everything starts out normal and in working order. Then at some point during the day i realize that i cannot move any of my icons into different fences. The only exception being moving a shortcut from the desktop to a folder portal on the desktop and back. <p
