Rechute

i have tried with 2.13 at first, then i tried with an old version 2.10, same probleme. My conffig is Windows 8.1 french up to date. cpu i7 with 12 go ram an office 2013. I have re-installed my system last week and have same probleme. The top left menu in fence portal didn't appear. The menu "sort by" won't open.

Same probleme, can't set my icons to list in portal. The menu to do this don't open, and thwe menu in the title bar of fence is not aviable.
