I noticed an annoyance with Start8, which has probably always been there, but I finally was able to pin it down. If you set Win8.1's Taskbar to auto-hide, you can bring back the taskbar by mousing-over any part of the taskbar-- except mousing-over directly onto the Start8 start button. I installed Win8.1 on an old netbook with a 1024x600 screen. (No Metro apps--I could care less!) To gain more screen real estate, I auto-hide the taskbar. However, I kept thinkin
