The problem is fixed. The code is sent to the email attached to my paypal, not stardock. I checked the wrong email. Anyway thanks guys for the help.

Didn't see anyone like them either. I think I have to chargeback with my paypal since it doesn't work

In "My Downloads" I see only previous version and it doesn't work with IP10

And I don't see any email, nor seeing it when I start it up

I did see it on the screen, and I copied it for future use, but after installed it restarted the pc, so I lost the key. So I am looking for a way to get the key back

I paid already with PAYPAL

I updated to IP 10 but it asks for product key... where can I find the product key?? I look into my purchase, it only shows the product key for previous version
