I will keep looking for it. I am actually a bit hesitant about ordering the PDF product bcause it is a Shampoo product, and the other Shampoo product I bought, the backup software, I could never get it to work, and it was too late to get a refund. But I will try again for the PDF if this issue gets fixed. Thanks Pete B

Nope, that doesn't do it, neither inprivate browsing nor another browser. Selecting the product itself shows it alone for $29.95 But as soon as I select the product (get it now) and go to the checkout, when it asks me to log in, then when I log in to my account, the extra charges pop up in the cart. Happens in other browsers same way (Fire3fox, Chrome), happens in IE in private browsing mode. Any other ideas? Still looks like it is a website problem not

I have in the last few weeks received two different emails from Stardock. One of the emails informed me that I had lest two items in my cart, and would I like to finish my order at a discount; if so, it gave me a code to "complete" my order. I am currently a registered user at this Stardock website. Problem is, the two products "left in my cart" were Object Desktop (1 yr subscription) and Tiles, both of which I purchased in May of 2018., so I do not wa

>What program are you getting the light blue text on. Almost all of the software nowadays have that motif, not necessarily blue although that is what is most often encountered. Just look at Stardock's programs, like Tiles; the screen that opens up to give you the options you can set is done in a very low-contrast style, bright white background with a very light charcters in the fonts used for titles and such and for the various controls and fields on the page.

That is what I was afraid of. By the way what does "I would PM DaveBax, or LightStar, or maybe Don5318" mean? Esdpecially PM? Post a Message? The email address you see is my Stardock user name, that is what the Stardock entity specified when I wrote the post, and I am accessing this forum from their website. If I can figure out some other way to do it I may log in here under a different identity. But I am not overly concerned about it, have

I am a totally new user of WindowBlinds. I would like to devise a theme that "darkens" >>everything<< displayed on the Windows 7 screens. From what I have gathered looking at the guides and such, WindowBlinds can indeed "skin" (if that is the right term) everything produced by Windows itself, but I am unsure whether it can do so for independent applications that runs on the Windows platform (for example, Kaspersky AV software applications, Acronis B

Thanks I will give it a try. This problem was so intrusive that I have deleted the Tiles program from my PC but I will reinstall it and see if that works. Thanks for the link too. Pete B

Recently I renewed my Stardock subscription, and have been trying to register all of the included apps. When I start Tiles, it immediately disrupts my desktop icon locations by inserting a tile on the right border. This is very annoying and I have to redo my icon layout every time after I close the blanlk tile. I do not even lnow how to use this app, I am just trying to get it registered so I can begin to learn how it works. I have to register it via the offline proces

I renewed my expired Object Desktop subscription yesterday but the receipt I received did not include any link for the software (since it has been updated I poresume I should get new software) and I no longer have the original software or license info (past computer HDD meltdown). I also ordered two other new apps at the same time and did get the links and keys for those in the receipt, they are OK. How can I get the software for Object Desktop and the key to activaye it?

This may be a helpful fix, but it is not really a solution if you have to uninstall the WB 5to get your original them back. BTW another way wouild probably be to just save a system restore point before you install a theme in WB. The question that would lead to a real solution is: how can I save my **current** Win7 theme BEFORE I do any changes using WB? Is that possible in WB? I just had a bad experience with WB when it totally messed up my c
