No WindowBlinds here, only Fences.

For me Fences 4 (latest beta, downloaded today) still suffers from the "Fences has detected that Explorer was not closed proberly." issue whenever explorer.exe is restarted. Explorer.exe loops approximately 3 times and then Fences is automatically disabled. As soon as explorer.exe has been loaded completely I can re-enable Fences without any issues. The same issue was already present with Fences 3.13. It first happened after I upgraded to Windows 11 (never happened on Windows 10). &nb

After reinstalling WindowFX 6 beta the situation has not changed. After a certain amount of time the animations stop working and the window flip animation shows a transparent window of which only the black text and the buttons are visible. The only thing that has improved is the fact that the system does not crash anymore if I disable and re-enable the WindowFX effects.
[quote who="trekie99" reply="26" id="3584971"] Been using this beta all week and it's been pretty good. It could very easily be a placebo effect as I haven't used WindowFX since the Win10 betas started, but it seems noticeably smoother. The major issue i have is that the animations frequently just stop working (I haven't discovered anything in particular that triggers this yet). When this happens, any animations I've turned on simply don't execute (ie. you
Ok, contacted support. Let's see what they have to say about it.
Ok I am doing that tomorrow.
But I'm a paying WindowFX 5 customer and I'm able to download, install and activate the beta. I haven't got a license for Object Desktop anymore. I'd like to add that I was forced to stop usage of the beta since it has just got too many errors. Apart from the issues mentioned in an earlier post I have discovered a few more. I'm for example unable to launch totalcommander as soon as WindowFX 6 beta is active. Today I also encountered several crashes of explorer.exe
It seems that after a while the window effects stop working just like they didn't work with WindowFX 5. Right now my pc has been running for 26 hours without a reboot and the behavior is exactly like it was with WindowFX 5: Windows effects are not working, flipping over windows using the middle button of the mouse shows me a completely transparent window, menu effects are not working neither, monitor edge resizing is not functional... In fact the only thing that keeps working is window mo
Indeed, sometimes the solution is so obvious you just cannot see it [e digicons]:P[/e] Thank you, case solved.
Nice job releasing the beta. Looks good so far.
I've got a feature request: There are certain programs where it's not possible to open the extended right click menu and because of that it's not possible to exclude those programs from auto minimizing (e.g. Jriver Media Center, Creative console window...). It would be nice if there was a possibility to exclude them from auto minimizing nonetheless like it's possible to exclude them from custom animations. Or is there already a way to do so and I've just not come across it
