I know what you mean, I've done research on win7 on how the list is obtained and found out and yes, its a bummer to get to and work on. Even found a utility that put it on the screen but it was still tough. I was hoping start8 would maintain it's own, but that would be a useless expenditure of time wouldn't it! Thanks.
I guess I'm not much different from others in that I run several programs repeatedly, and most of them from shortcuts on my desktop. However they show up on the list at the top. I would like to find a way to purge these as well as others from the list permanently. Is this possible?
