I just rec'd the same message. I am not in a corporate environment. Upon starting my PC I rec'd a message that Fences needed to install an update. Since that time I am getting the message described above. I disabled my antivirus (BitDefender) and this did not fix the issue. I do not have forcepoint or Websense installed Winver reports Windows 10 21H1 OS Build 19043.1110 Fences 3.0.15
