This is ridiculous. I've just gone through the exact same number of hoops as the OP and the guy above, created 2 accounts and am now having to redownload the whole game, even though I have it sat on a dvd next to me. Stardock and Gamestop need to get their communication sorted or at least try to help customers... I am a sad panda...
