Yes it does, but I thought from reading the materials, it would go there immediately and bypass all the "junk" from Windows 8. It doesn't help that I've had to jump from XP to 8 ... big sigh.

I just purchased the 1.12 version today and it still doesn't boot to the desktop. And it doesn't help that I'm a novice. :-( From all the raves about this little magic program I'm surprised. What's the next step? Plus, how can I get the password off the start up screen - very annoying for my home pc. Thanks for any help.
