high explorer CPU usage on disconnected session in Start8 Stardock Forums

I'm using start8 our my Windows 2012 server, and it seems that start8 is causing a 20-30% CPU usage increase in the explorer process after a session is disconnected for a while. As soon as you reconnect the session the CPU load goes down to normal. It only happens to the administrator session, not a normal user session. It is definitely start8, since I saw it happen all the time in process monitor and the problem went away after uninstalling start8. I'd love to put start8 back
