I'm seeing Fences settings appear twice in my Apps > Startup. Is this normal? Fences 4, Win 11 Pro. Thank you

How does one make the space between Fences even/consistent? Seems like when I create or move the fences I can get them to align on the edges but not keep space between the same. Thank you This is for Fences 4.
