No. I found a link when in my account where I could load the "beta" v6 so I had it install/reinstall V 6.03 and now everything seems to work. The issue I had was that although existing Fences (10 with hundreds of shortcuts and links distributed therein) seemed to work OK, I could not resize the Fences (make longer/wider) nor move new shortcuts in to their respective Fence. I no longer get the incompatible error message and "check for updates" shows v6. Thank yo

V6 worked fine on this new (Corporate) HP ZBook Fury 16 G9 until WIN11 Enterprise update 9/30. Just this week this message occurred when moving a new shortcut to a fence. WIN11 Enterprise, 24H2, OS build 26100.6584, Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.234.0.

I am getting ready to migrate to a new but similar PC and need to transfer both my licenses and the 'content' from one PC to the other. Since I have 11 major fences with hundreds of links within the whole schema, I want to be able to copy the old PC's arrangement and insert in to the license transferred Stardock full suite, including all my Fences and arrangements. How can this be done?

For unknown reasons my various fence bars will all of a sudden lock up and not open to display contents. Normally works fine but recently all of the rolled up fences (to a labeled bar) will not open as usual. A for sure fix is to reboot, which for this Win10 laptop takes awhile.

Agree, there is no button or selection to make to control the direction. Therefore, Fences 3.0.8.1 has a bug in that the direction of roll appears to be determined by some odd sequence/location of initiation of a Fence bar. Thirty minuets ago I made a new Fence bar, moved it to the very, very bottom of screen and then moved links over to it. Yes, I know -- works fine. BUT, I need to control the DIRECTION of rolling. As the screen shot you attached shows, there is no direction control on the expansion. As request stated, Fence bars located at the bottom of the PC's screen need to expand UP and the Fence bars located at the top of the PC's screen need to expand DOWN. I cannot figure out how to force the Fence to roll (or collapse) DOWN in to the Fence bar. Somehow, I have only one Fence, located at the bottom edge of the screen, which when rolled over will expand UP into the display to show the icons. All the rest expand DOWN (like the Fences in the middle and top of the screen).
