This issue seems to have gone away.

When running Revit the application will "restore down" many many times a session when running commands. The "restore down" will often flip to another screen. Revit.exe is currently exempted from application grouping. Removing it from application grouping fixes the problem. Having it as an exemption doesn;t seem to change the problem, just reduces the frequency of the problem occuring. Turning groupy off immediately fixe
