Just downloaded Modern Mix as a trial (I am using Start8 and Fences). Figured it would be good to run a new Metro application, Stopwatch, on the desktop where I spend almost 100% of my time. I had exactly the problem of loosing program focus described here so I uninstalled my trial and will wait till I hear that a solution has been found. Really frustrating losing focus so better to give up Modern Mix and keep the desktop working well
