I am looking for a way to make the scrollbars easier to see. Someone suggested WindowBlinds. At the time I tried to download it, the 30-day trial was not available so I went ahead and bought the $10 version.

What do you mean by "work just as good"? I'm looking for a theme that looks like Windows 10. Thanks.
Are they close to Windows 10? I'd hate to introduce a lot of changes to the stock Windows 10 theme.
Is a skin the same as a theme? What skin/theme is close to the default?
How do I change the color of the scrollbar in the default theme? (And please don't talk to me of skins! I have no idea what thee are or how they relate to WB.) Thanks.
Resolution was at max but I changed it anyway. Now I can scroll with the mouse wheel and the scrollbar! Changed it back to max and I can still scroll with mousewheel and scrollbar! Thanks.
I'll try increasing the resolution beyond the recommended value but I fear that I will not be able to reead some text.
I cannot get to the lower part of the page. There are no scrollbars, etc.
It's probably my computer but I find that page very hard to navigate. Nonetheless I found the default theme and applied it.
I inadvertently clicked "Apply to ....". How do I "unapply" the changes? Thanks.
All I want to do is make the scrollbars of programs a darker color than what they have now. Is there a cookbook for that? Many thanks.
