Try booting into Safe Mode, and uninstalling WindowBlinds. However, its unlikely that its causing this degree of hardware/software corruption, as WB does not become active until after you log in. You didnt, by chance, install Bootskin as well did you?

Nope, havent noticed this. Jeff/HFXRock... you might look into WindowFX for changing these.... WindowFX Page
It's likely unrealistic to expect all Stardock skins to be updated with this new feature, IF it is introduced/fixed.
Well, if you had NOT already downloaded more than 50 megabytes of material from WinCustomize prior to the release of the skin, it would have been free. However, since you've already exceeded this, you are no longer entitled to recieve the benefits. Much like WB has a trial, WinCustomize has one as well.
I suppose I could be takin a gander at a few DX themes as well... its one of the galleries I can moderate. As I'm running a large widescreen rez, it'd open up the opportunities for quicker moderation on widescreen themes.
I'm glad I've been able to help out! Its definitely a worthy project, and will definitely evolve over time to become even more useful to new users.
My Vista Experience (tm) has been spectacular since I built my new machine. Of course, there were/are some hiccups, but overall, all my software works, and all my hardware works. I've only had a couple random crashes, and they were not really anything notable. For an 'everyday' user, the OS is great (not worth upgrading from XP for tho). For a slightly technical user, they'll just hear the 'bad stuff' about the OS, so they wont want to upgrade. The technical users i
Calm down, folks. Remember, not everyone using a 'pirated' version is actually pirating it on purpose. Its entirely possible that the individuals arent aware of how WB's trial and/or anti-piracy protection works, or just dont understand that licenses cant be transferred. In this case, it might be wise to back off a bit instead of straight-up insinuating that the individual posting is a pirate. We have better manners, methinks. <span style="font-weight: bold
Egad! Look out, dirt! Jafo's gonna beat you yet...
ObjectDock is basically a 'shortcut' program... if you require things to be passworded, wouldnt it be better to implement the protection on the application-side of things? I.e., password protect your Word documents, etc.
Jythier, why not build your own system and install XP on it? Uninstall XP on your current box and toss on a Linux distribution like Gideon suggested. (I support Ubuntu... great OS!)

I agree with ZubaZ... The rights to that ObjectDock Plus installation were not transferred with the purchase of that computer, putting you in violation of the user agreement. In order for you to legally use ObjectDock Plus on that system, you would need to purchase it yourself, instead of using someone else's license. In regards to your technical difficulties, its unfortunate that you're having them. I myself do not have that problem on my ObjectDock Plus installation. I
1) Dont use tables. 2) If you *must*, check your padding/margin settings.
Donald Zuchowski... explaining how to circumvent the download limit on WinCustomize is not acceptable.
What do you mean, 'DRM'?
Well, I know theres an excellent skin made by Hippy that you'd like, but I'm gonna make you work to find it. I also know there are two spectacular Wii skins, but (if you havent found them and declared them 'sucky') I'm going to make you hunt for them too. Now you know the quality is there, but you're on your own for finding them.
I, too, am interested in this idea. The idea of WPM controlling 'darkness' = awesome.
Its not designed to work on both, to my knowledge. I dont think its feasible to make a solution that works in all instances...
We've been posting links to there on IRC for awhile now... I won their first caption contest.

I listened to that talk the other day... Interesting and thought-provoking.
Easter time zone?! Does that mean that things wont be back up for three days?
