hello I tried the cleanboot step but the fences are slow also for the new admin and after removing all non-microsoft services. It is very slightly better but difference is not significant My second screen scaling is 300% but I also tried single screen now (1920x1200) and problem is not solved best regards
Plus one thing worth noting, I am maning 2 screens one is 1920x1200 and one is 4K (TV), all managed by Nvidia GTX 1080

Fences is extremely slow, when I move the mouse over icons on the desktop in regular fences, it takes up to 1 or 2 seconds for the icon pointed by the mouse to be highlighted. This kills the experience. Then same issue for double click there is a delay to open a folder or launch a program. The process explorer.exe shows cpu about 12-13% when just moving the mouse in the fence. The issue is not there for a portal fence. Highliting icons is immediate after pointing by mouse as well as d
Hello, this is a new features I would be interested to see in Start 8: from the start menu, in addition to "recent files", have a link to "recent places" this virtual folder already exists in Windows, so it should be easy if you want to add this, it could be even further enhanced if it is displayed with a custom sort, based on the number of hits. this is probably much more difficult to achieve, but also very valuable if it can be done. if not possible, s
