How come my updates ended up to this version only? I thought when you purchase any of the products you will be entitled to all updates?

Should i download the latest update and use the same serial that i have for 8.13?

Help: Been using stardock windowblinds few years back. It's working perfectly but it stopped receiving updates and when i try to check for any, a dialog box always displays "there was a problem downloading an update for stardock central: error retrieving file due to webexception". I already checked my downloads several times here in the site but there is no update available other than what is currently installed (version is 8.13). How can i update this to the latest o
