love start 8 thats for sure put have been looking at the new start menue coming out in windows 9 looks pretty impressive ms has straightened out a few things for us desktop users don't want to abandon start 8, but 9 is looking fairly impressive just the same.
i have a question i got a email that ms will be coming up with a update to windows 8 sometime in august and it will include supposedly a windows 7 style start menu i am quite happy with start 8 and have been from the beginning i am hoping we will not be forced to uninstall when the ms update comes out any input on this would be appreciated-thanks
hay here's the news guys i get email on updates etc to windows and guess what the giant ms woke up the next update is straight to the desktop they are actually going to give you a choice metro or desktop at any rate does not matter to me at this point as i have a short cut to to the metro screen if need be now anyway, and i use it once in a while not often at all, i love the desktop along with a zillion others of course they finally figured out why there sales of windows 8 were down so dr
star 8 is the best software ever for anyone that wants the feel of prior windows operating systems and there are a lot of us out there, and there are the people of coarse that like the modern ui in windows 8 and 8.1 that's great each to his own liking as they say, but really star dock should get more than a handshake from the giant Microsoft for making such a stupid blunder does ms not know there are two different variety of consumers out there how simply ridiculous of them to say&n
yes I agree 100% star dock deserves a pat on the back for there start 8 im I no hurry for 8.1 anyway I will wait till the final release I think IF I UPGRADE AT ALL THAT IS FROM 8 TO 8.1 I JUST KEEP SAYING TO MYSELF what the hell for anyway. I believe there is going to be a update for 8.1 not sure when I believe someone had said later on today im in no hurry anyway for 8.1 im still getting used to 8 hardly ever go the the modern ui anyway I stay on the desktop 95% of the time but at any rate if there is a complication here with start 8 and 8.1 im sure obit will address it in time.
