Activation limit hit, please reset it ASAP! in Start8 Stardock Forums

Yeah, so, I've hit the activation limit and need the counter reset ASAP! Also, why do you implement an activation limit in the first place? That's incredibly bothersome since I reinstall my OS incredibly often.
