Sorry, this didn't help at all. I am trying to install on windows home and an arm64, neither of which can run a vm. For the clean boot, I have already tried that. It didn't make any difference. Why would one surface laptop work and another would not? All items are brand new (the laptop since Jan) and this is the only one I'm having problems with. Can I "force" the ARM64 install? Hello, I am successfully using Start11 on 2x arm64 systems: a Surface Laptop 15, 7th gen, and a Surface Pro, 10 core processor, 11th gen. The laptop is running Windows Pro, the tablet is Windows Home. I'm trying to set up Start11 on a new Surface Pro, 12 core processor, 11th gen tablet with Windows Home, and I just can't get it to work. It installs perfectly, reboots, and the Settings window is open when Windows restarts (all expected). The application doesn't work
