I've got a problem with 'Sticky Notes' in the taskbar: regardless of whether or not I pin Sticky Notes to the taskbar, if I left-click the icon for Sticky Notes, it will instead inconceivably open a 'Window Explorer' window. I'm not sure what the actual trigger for this is? It often seems to happen sometime after a system wakeup I think? I can manually trigger it by simply restarting 'explorer.exe'. If I instead right-click, it will open a standard context menu and not the 'Sticky Notes'
