Windows 11 KB5022913 causes issues with desktop customization apps » Forum Post by c242 (stardock.com)
Yeah, it "smells".
THIS IS NOT intended as a Start 11 bug repoting thread. I just wanted to warn people that there maybe issues with the latest update if they have ExplorerPatcher or StartAllback installed and that it COULD also be a potential danger to Start11 or WindowBlinds. "A
Also I didn't say in any word that I have issues on my machine. ;-)
I think, there is a clear misunderstanding here. I only wanted to inform, that there maybe issues for some users (as I read here some use ExplorerPatcher) because of this update. I am NOT affected by this. That is, why I was posting the external link.
Oh, sorry, I didn't see these two related as this is about explorer crashing constantly.
I am not sure if this causes issues with stardock apps also, but the newset part of Windows 11 updates causes issues with tools, that deal with explorer and cause loop restarts of explorer.exe. ExplorerPatcher and StartAllBack. are named, but other candidates COULD be Start11 and WindowBlinds I guess.
Your "." key seems to have a problem.
