Aha, it isn't. One of the results is located in %APPDATA%/Roaming and the other is in the Start Menu folder. The ones that had 3 results have both shortcuts (appdata and start menu) and the exe listed. How do I go about fixing this?

Note, this doesn't affect *every* program, but it does seem to affect quite a few (some were installed before Update 1 and some after). Click the external link for screenshots
