As the title says; If I right-click on one of the leftside links (for example Documents), and then click the empty space just below the Run... command, I get the first menu pop-up menu again (in this case the Documents menu). Hopefully the picture can provide some additional description.

I didn't really want to brings up competing programs, but right now I love some parts of Start8 and some parts of StartIsBack, so as soon as either brings all features I want and need I'll go with that.
That's a very good point. Hopefully it can be fixed in the next version.
Is it possible to add an option that replaces the current menu that is shown when right clicking on the start button with the menu that pops up when pressing Win+X? And a last thing, is it possible to make the mouse over area of the start button cover the entire graphic. Kinda hard to explain, but it seems like there is still a small area "reserved" for the start screen hot corner that makes the start menu button "lose focus", i.e. it's not in its mouse over state. I installed the trail version of Start8 a couple of hours ago, and it immediately fixed my biggest (and about only) gripe with Windows 8. But I have one problem, I can't get any recently used programs to show on the start menu. I've set it to show at least 10 recently used programs, but the list is completely empty. Even after I spent a couple of minutes opening and closing random programs to see if something happened. Is it a bug or do I need to use it more before som
