Thanks for the information. I was looking all over the place and it looks like it really is just a fences issue. I have been restarting the explorer through the task manager and that instantly fixes it but it is a pain to always do. I hope you guys resolve this. I will say that this is not because i use multiple monitors as it happened before that as well. I was just getting fed up of having to restart the explorer.
