As an objective observer of the political system I wonder if this partisanship is helpful. What you need is an honorable, wise and decent human being running the show. You should be concerned with your leaders quality not his party. If that had always been the criterion for leadership, not popularity, you would not be in the mess you are in.

This is one of the most useful programs I've used in 20 years. Having it boot into hidden mode is definately cool. It would also be neat to control the box color on an individual basis. Thank you again for writing this!!

The videos are part of a campaign to improve the image of Microsoft. They need Michael J Fox then, cause the only way to improve Microsofts image now is to go back in time and kill Vista before its born!!!

I'd love to use it but when I install bootskin on my new HP pavilion( I took Vista off and run XP), it Blue screens on bootup. Could it be clashing with the HP bootup screen?
Just out of curiosity, if the OS you have now runs the applications you need then why would you ever want to change? I mean its a tool not a toy. I've been doing this since '85 and and to me my computer is like any other tool.
I have to agree with the majority. Considering the gains, messing with the kernel seems sort of an unnecessary and unwise risk to take.

I too am a OBNT subscriber but I realize that unless Wincustomize is going to be wholly subsidized by Stardock, they have to pay for their Web presence somehow so I support their attempts to self finance. However I feel that with a ODNT subscibtion, Stardock should be willing to furnish the wincustomize browser with the proceeds going to offset Wincustomize costs.
