I'm having the same issue in version 2.52. It happens roughly once every couple weeks for me. Right-clicking the taskbar, choosing "Configure Start 11...", and clicking the "Restart explorer" button on the Taskbar tab always resolves the issue. Mine is a new (~8 weeks old) laptop with a clean install Windows 11 Pro 24H2, two external monitors (DisplayPort via Thunderbolt 4 dock) and an RTX 5080 GPU.
